Oooh, I like that gray. I'm curious to see how it compares to the GTI in performance and price. I have a feeling it's going to be nearly as good but a nice chunk cheaper.

the last time I was excited about a jetta was 2010, when I bought a jetta sportwagen.  Even the sportwagen has become too cool for the Jetta, having its name changed to Golf sportwagon....which it always was anyway.

I sn’t it back on the golf chassis?  Might be pretty good and gvw ought to be comparable with a 4dr hatch GTI, (except it doesn’t have the super useful hatch and those goofy dancing Jetta adds creep me out...)

I think almost everything is MQB these days. I’ve always had a thing for the MK4 GLI, if it looks that good AND performs, I’m in.

I am not a fan of the directional/angled spokes. Honda got this ball rolling again a few years ago, kind of faux dynamism in my eyes.
